Hey everybody! It's me, here to share my thoughts on obesity with you. You don't care? Well guess what: I don't care if you don't care.
So, the US has more fat people than any other country in the world, but obviously obesity is not restricted to the US. So there are all these talk shows now with fat people claiming that they're happy the way they are and that people should just leave it to them to decide whether they want to be fat or not. PLEASE, stop making these talk shows because those people fucking piss me off. There is no fucking way you are happy weighing 150 kg. "Look at me, I'm 30 years old and I can't walk the three steps from my garage to the entrance door of my house." Quit lying to yourself and fucking lose some weight. Yeah, it's hard to lose weight, I understand that, but maybe eating less would be a good start. The life expectation of an obese person is so much lower than that of someone with a normal weight, that alone would scare me into eating more healthily and doing more sport. Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming anybody for being fat. There are always more or less understandable reasons for that. I'm just saying that fat people should do something about their weight for their own and everybody else's sake. The worst thing however is obese kids. I think the parents of obese kids should be beaten with a long wooden bat that has rusty nails in it. I mean hello! You're responsible for the health of your kid! If your kid is fat, then that's your fault. Fucking put your kid on a diet! Any idea what your doing to your kid by allowing it to be fat? Apart from the obvious health risks, fat kids are ALWAYS picked on at school. Oh, obesity is genetic? Yeah, right! Like 8% of it is genetic, the rest is you stuffing your big fat mouth with all the food you can find. Don't worry though, if you drink a diet coke with your tripple cheesburger, it's all good.
Before you guys flame my ass, let me tell you that I have nothing against fat people, I just hate the attitude some of them have. Also, I'm not talking about chubby people here. There's nothing wrong with being chubby.

Yeah i sort of agree with u here... i think they should be conscious of their weight, and realise that it is a health problem, just as cancer or having the flu is...

So?
Isn't it one's own choice to be not healthy? =S Besides, there are 3 people living in the same house as me, all of them really fat. And they're happy. Go figure.

You don't know that. Really. However, I think most of the happy fat people are just figuring that they're pretty fine and see no need to lose weight, because it does take an effort once you're getting really fat.
The genetical thing is, IMHO a load of crap. I know several people and have seen many more who had fat parents, grandparents and cousins und so weiter. However, eating right and some excersise will do wonders. Although they might never look like super models, they can still keep their weight down to an acceptable level.
And for fat kids, beat the parents. Excuses like: "But he doesn't want to eat anything but unhealthy foods" is just lame. If you don't eat what's healthy for ya, you don't eat.

This reminds me of a funny moment in the movie "Office Space"
Peter: I'm seeing this occupational hypno-therapist. I think that the guy might actually be able to help. I mean, he did help Anne lose weight. Samir: Peter, she's anorexic. Peter: Yeah, I know. The guy's really good.

Whoa there HH, lets take some of the hatred away from obese kids, or at least teens. During my teen years I ballooned to a whopping 16 stone due to puberty mixed with depression and over eating as a result. Lots of people get fat during puberty and there's nothing you can do about it because it's going to happen. So a little more understanding would be good there.
