Well I guess Remedy has finally elevated this game from its vapourware status. 14th May is the day!

Looking good, looking good.
Is it Xbox360-only or will there be PC version as well?

They are saying 360 only, but they'll release it on PC by Christmas. Especially considering how popular the Max Payne series is on PC.

Remedy would be fuck heads not to if I'm being honest.

From Wikipedai:

Quote
On February 12, 2010, Microsoft announced the game would not be available on the Windows platform, stating that playing on the 360 would be "more compelling."

Well, that says it. It had nothing to do with Remedy though, who previously stated that they had a Windows version planned. So the ball is completely in Microsofts hands.

Still, I find it unlikely that this wont change as the year progresses.

yeah, the probably want to maximise the 360 versions sales first ...

but man, remedy has been working on this for a long time .. their latest released game was max payne 2 in 2003 ... i hope it won't disappoint ...

It wont. Remedy make good games.

Just watch, this will be all class. It's being handled by the same team that did Max Payne 1 and 2 if I'm not mistaken?

It's getting mixed, but mostly positive, reviews. Ten hours or so of gameplay. Was the original game supposed to be an open-world affair? It's not the case anymore.
