nokia help

Hey guys got a friend @ work with a nokia 3600.  When receiving a call it goes for a max of 15 seconds before cutting out.  There is no voicemail box setup.  Any of you know how to extend this time out @ all?  I'd google it but I'm @ work.

You can usually dial some kind of number which allows you to change these kinds of settings.

i had a limited time frame - basically while the boss was pathing around the store. we're not meant to carry our phones.
