Ah yes, why? Well, my boss is not giving me any more work since everyone's on holidays, so if boredom was a fungus i would have a huge rash.

i know the feeling... i spent 8 hours being bored in one job (it was friday and everyone went home early so there is no need for IT support) and then went to another job where i spent 4 more hours being bored...

but if it was a choice between being bored and getting paid the same as if i was working, or not getting paid at all, i will certainly choose to be paid!

I mostly get paid to work out how to curtail my boredom.  I'm doing quite well with this job and the boredom is minimal, yet there is plenty of time to do what I fancy.
