been there done that.  I was the pinnacle of loyalty.  I stayed in my job through the dark pits of financial hardship when i was only being offer a single digit amount of hours per week.  then I left, the new job was  a complete sham and now I'm back at toys r us and about to become the newest member of the management team.

Got a problem with authority figures, Anom? I'd like to have you help out in my kitchen one day.
I'll quickly turn you around.

it does suck. Tongue
I hated my last job and I was there for three and a half years.  i don't hate authority, i want to be authority, heh.  but, i hated being treated like a second class citizen in an office environment.  My last job made me feel unskilled, unappreciated and unable to advance. I was good at my job, very good, but my boss always nitpicked my work and it hurt my production because I became increasingly paranoid of messing up, as if my job depended on it, nice. Or, I would get lectured over being rude to an agent.  Mind you, the agent never complained, someone else in the office overheard and thought they should make the call...that happened a lot, I would get lectured over stuff reported by third parties..actually always the same bitc--woman. I should have left long ago.  At least I did eventually.
