Here is a list of utilities that might be useful or even nescessary for playing the games.
DOSBox v0.61
The best DOS "emulator" so far. It has support for all the older processor types, standard DOS commands, all the major graphics (even VESA!) and sound cards... The list of games it can successfuly run is huge at the moment and DOSBox constantly gets better and better.
Requires you to know a bit of DOS but the results are amazing! It even emulates PC Speaker sound as MIDI so you actually get a higher quality beeping sounds.

Moslo Version 1.32b (trial)
If you have a computer with a rather new CPU, some abandonware games might either run too fast or not at all. Use this program to slow down your computer the way the good old 'turbo' button would do.

Turbo
Another slowdown utility (see Moslo). This one runs under Windows and is sometimes even better than Moslo.
Microsoft Mouse Driver
Most windows users do not have DOS drivers for their mouse. However, a lot of abandonware games run in DOS mode only and require a mouse driver to be present. Use this Microsoft Mouse Driver (which is rather comatible to any mouse) to fix this problem.
We have removed the links to WinZIP and WinRAR since most files, published on bhlegend dot com are self extracting. You can get these tools on Tucows.com and of course on virtually any download site. Both tools are Shareware, but they will continue to work after the trial period.
